  • All items are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for 12 months
  • Vintage and Antique components           may show minor signs of wear commensurate with age and are exempt from warranty
Care
  • Store all jewellery flat and avoid contact with other items
  • Do not bend or twist and use care when packing for travel
  • Do not immerse in water
  • Minimise contact with perfumes and cosmetics
  • Silver, gold and brass components may tarnish over time requiring a buff with an appropriate polishing cloth
  • Vermeil components may require periodic cleaning with mild detergent and a soft cloth (avoid polishing agents)

Returns and Exchanges
You may return an online order for refund, exchange or credit note.

Items purchased at a Market or Event may be returned for exchange or credit note.

All products returned to Kim Ashbridge Jewellery must be:
  • Unused and in original condition
  • Shipped by Registered Mail
  • Returned within 28 days of delivery
It is your responsibility to provide adequate packaging to ensure that goods are not damaged during return transit.
Goods returned must be in a saleable condition.
